I started playing in 1985. Yes, that's right 1985, not 95. I still have my original Nelspot, which has been slightly modified out of necessity. I stopped playing in 1989 or 90 after buying a Bushmaster Line SI, when I had a terrible experience at a field in Conifer. (I won't bore you with those details.) I recently started playing again (summer 2002) in California when I was working at an internship. I got hooked again! I immediately went online and bought an older Spyder, and got it into working condition. I was able to play out there using the pump and the Spyder. I think everyone should try playing pump/stock once in awhile. It really is great fun.
